Q: How does CEM know what to write?

A: We provide a Voice Document to better understand the voice of your brand. We also look at your current content and are always available for a phone chat to capture the nuances.

Q: How long will my content take?

A: We provide the vast majority of projects within 3-4 business days. For large projects (well over 50,000 words) we might require a whole week.

Q: What about duplicate content?

A: We run all the content we provide through Copyscape to avoid incidental duplicate content. We have a $500 duplicate content guarantee so you can be sure we’re doing this!

Q: Do you have samples?

A: Please check out our Samples Page and if you still aren’t convinced, you can email us. However, we are limited by NDAs so we can’t always provide exactly the samples you might be looking for. In situations like that, we are happy to provide free content up to 1000 words to suffice your curiosity.

Q: Do you provide SEO services?

A: We do provide SEO copywriting and are happy to provide meta tag descriptions upon request. We do not provide linkbuilding or coding.

Q: How much does it cost and how does billing work?

A: Check out our pricing page and we take payments via our website’s PaySimple dashboard. We’re also more than happy to take credit cards directly over the phone. We also take retainers and set up contracts but these are often for our agency clients.
